Terms and Conditions of FundedYouth Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FundedYouth Academy (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform

2. Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Platform Access

FundedYouth Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or educational use. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, content, or materials obtained from the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any intellectual property owned by FundedYouth Academy without express written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or any other user’s access to the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems

 

6. Limitation of Liability

FundedYouth Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundedYouth Academy from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions

8. Modification of Terms

FundedYouth Academy reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination

FundedYouth Academy may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and FundedYouth Academy and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
